A truly luxurious holiday cottage. What a gem - hidden away in a quiet location but an easy walk to the thriving town centre. Easy parking a minute away.

The finishing touches make all the difference - champagne, flowers and proper bedding!

Already booked to come back in September!

“I'd quite happily stay there for 6 months.”

It's a very relaxing and convenient house to stay in - so much so that I've stayed there twice in the last 4 months - lengthy visits to a son at Uni.. There are lots of extras and arty things and the owner really makes you feel welcome. Love all the kitchen gadgets and the plants. Also, that you can manage perfectly well there without a car. Museum, Bank, shops, Post Office, great fish and chips and best local pasty literally 2 minutes walk away. Patio pretty even in winter. Tip - if you fry the bacon the smoke alarm will go off !

“Perfect home from home - superseded all expectations”

Just brilliant - we have just returned from a 3 night stay here and I have to say we LOVE it.

The cottage is cosy, decorated to a great standard, and has everything you need. I want to swap my own house for this one.

It's immaculately clean and caters to everyone's needs

Kitchen - has everything you need and more, fridge, cooker, all utensils and cutlery, dishwasher, microwave. Everything is top quality, iron and ironing board too.

Living area - spacious and airy, bigger than I expected. Decorated beautifully with lots of funky accessories and things to keep you entertained, books, board games, sky tv, Internet, xbox and the staircase is just gorgeous.

Bathroom - modern, great shower and bath, immaculate, I love the black loo role, very nice touch. Plenty of Towels are provided too which is handy.

Bedroom - great comfy bed, plenty of storage, beautiful art work, hair dryer, plenty of mirrors, tv, docking station, sky and xbox. It has everything that you need.

Garden - wow love it, it has a beautiful terraced area, its full of beautiful plants and palm trees, it has tables and chairs and a BBQ, it's like being in Spain.

We met the owners and I have to say they were great, very attentive and professional.

Overall we just can't fault this place, we were almost releaved when it rained outside so we could stay in and really enjoy the cottage. I can't wait to come back :-)

“Fantastic boutique style home......from home”

Lovely cottage in Penryn with a sense of the dramatic and inspired design concepts...from spiral staircase to quirky little objects of desire. Cottage sleeps 2 with double bedroom and a downstairs sofa bed. We arrived with 14 year son and he really appreciated the Xbox in the living room. Great kitchen with top of range stove and fridge.....everything very clean and tidy. Parking around the corner in a free car park...literally a 2 minute walk away.....but it can get busy depending on the time of the day. Ideal location if visiting University. Also free wifi and small garden...which was great as we also had a well behaved family pet.
