Great location for Falmouth and surrounding area. The cottage is modern and stylish.
All the amenities are great and up to date. The kitchen is well stocked and has an assortment of good quality appliances.
There is a comfortable double bed and also a pull down sofa bed in the lounge for other guests.
Parking may be a little tricky as the car park down the road fills up quickly at night.
All in all a good experience.

“Absolutely amazing”

Stayed 2 nights in this beautifully decorated cottage and felt very welcome. Provisions, wine and flowers were there on our arrival and the cottage has every gadget and kitchen equipment you could need. The owner has made the most fantastic use of the space with a spiral staircase and really thoughtful decoration. Penryn, while quieter than neighbouring Falmouth, is a lovely small town with friendly people. The Falmouth University campus is just up the road (although we took the car as it is a good half hour walk (rain!).Would highly recommend a stay in this lovely cottage.

Only downside - slightly unpredictable Cornish weather in November!

“lovely cottage!”

I have recently stayed in this cottage for 3 nights with my 2 teenage daughters. its a really well thought out space and so clean! the cottage has some nice homely touches and fab artwork too, its location is in the centre of Penryn. Our dog was welcome too which was bonus. This is not a typical holiday rental, its a home from home stay - lovely!!

St Gluvias road itself can be busy and there is traffic noise typical of a central location.

The large free car park was however a challenge to find a space throughout our stay, id suggest another car park a little further at a small charge.

“Quirky and Charming place for a Cornish Getaway”
Reviewed 14 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

This little cottage down a small side street was perfect for my families short stay down in Cornwall! Its a very quirky place with lots of character and charm, we enjoyed an evening out on the terrace with the BBQ and a bottle, and it was a good position not too far from Falmouth and in the little quarters of Penryn which has some interesting small shops and gallerys. Thank you for a great place to stay!
