NOTHING i ask for a accident report or a note from the hotel explaining what happen so I could bring with me for insurance purpose for 5 days I went thru front desk morning afternoon and evening to try to get anything from them went to the concierge nothing they told me the only thing I could have was my credit card receipt but that didn't specifight what was the money for !!!Finally the last day someone found me a receipt that said it was for a tv.So for the manager of this hotel Sir please wake up and smell the flowers try not to catter to the club members or the locals only, us the turists deserve the same treatment as the ones you catter for start having more consideration for your guests all of them not just some have entertainment for all the guests not only when you have a convention going on or you have a full resort and have more consideration for the people that get hurt in your hotel the 4 stars that I'm giving is not for you is for your hard workers because you sir do not deserve ANY kind starMore
