The rooms are very small. Especially the bathroom. The beds are uncomfortable. They charge the price of a four star hotel, when they're a two star. The food and beverages are ridiculously overpriced. The pool is needs major cleaning. The towels aren't clean. The TV is so outdated. The wifi drops awfully. You literally need to go all Lion King on your devices to get wifi. There is A LOT of hair from previous visitors scattered all over the ground and bed. Major upgrading needed! The food isn't great! The pelau is the only thing that's passable. The cleaners are pleasant.

Room tip: Don't even bother booking here. The price is too high for the service you're going to receive. Try another hotel

Service at the front desk was good upon arrival. Once money exchanged hands the service was either non existent or disrespectful. The room was old and worn. There was no microwave and the stove did not work. The beds have seen too many years. On our first morning there we had no water in the faucets and had to use toilet facilities elsewhere. This is unacceptable and outrageous!!! They claimed that something was wrong with the pump and it would be recitfied. It was not rectified in the half an hour we remained. Second morning we tried using the stove. There was no gas for the stove to work so forget about cooking or making coffee. The man who changed the gas tank only made excuses. He did not see anything wrong with the water shortage at the hotel and the fact that we has no gas for cooking. His line was "these things happen." Well this has never occurred to me before in all my travels. I would not recommend this place. Run in the other direction please. It's not worth the inconvenience.

I spent five nights at this hotel over the Carnival weekend. The room is simple with a bed, stove with oven, mini refrigerator, toilet and small bath. There are kitchen utensils in a cupboard over the stove and a pipe to wash wares. There is a porch with a table and chairs and there is a clothes closet. The room has two table tops. One has a mirror so can be used as a dresser although there is a TV on it and the other can be used to place kitchen or other items on it but there are no chairs in the room. It is within walking distance of the airport if you are travelling light and Store Bay is a five minute walk. Taxis are readily available and the bus comes every hour to go to Scarborough. There is a restaurant and a pool at the hotel and there is a bakery and a small supermarket in the area.

The owner was so rude and unwelcoming except when he was charging my credit card in the first 5 mins. The pictures are very misleading they do not tell you the rooms are joint and extremely small. There was no house keeping at all other the one change of towels. No water 50%of the time. Don't even think about hang out at the pool after 7!! It felt like we were 10 years Olds being babysat by a mean uncle. Extremely bad experience. .would not recommend even for a night!!!! This coming from someone who has been to Tobago more times than I can remember.

Again, this place isn't luxurious, but offers spacious, comfortable rooms with kitchen, fridge, TV, AC, good wifi and balcony.
It has is own restaurant that does breakfast and snacks for fair prices.
Unfortunately, the pool was closed when we stayed there, so make sure its opened again befor you book.
The place is a bit tricky to find because it doesn't actually give you the right street name, its on Golden Thistle road off the store bay road, right at the end where you don't expect anything anymore.
