“Excellent accomodation in peaceful surroundings”
Reviewed 15 October 2018 for a stay in September 2018

Four of us stayed here for 2 nights in September. It was recommended by my mother's friend who lives nearby in the same village of East Ruston.

We had a wonderful break - Sally and David made us feel most welcome from the start. Even left us some goodies on arrival.
Lovely clean and bright accommodation with private garden. Very comfy beds too. Was great for my elderly mother as the kingsize bedroom is on the ground floor.

The main purpose of our stay was to spend time with my mother's friend so we didn't go too far afield but we will be returning to spend a bit more time visiting local places and beaches next year.

Thank you for your hospitality.

“Rural holiday Cottage - excellent location”
Reviewed 28 September 2018 for a stay in September 2018

Lovely holiday cottage clean, modern and tidy. Good location for travel around Norfolk Broads and also coastal resorts. We only booked a couple of days before our departure and Sally and David were very accommodating regarding our chosen day of arrival.
The kitchen is well equipped and suitable for all your needs - home from home. The beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

“A perfect retreat”
Reviewed 22 July 2018 for a stay in July 2018

Grove Stables is a beautiful annex located in a peaceful tree lined oasis surrounded by open farmland yet within easy reach of sandy beaches, the Broads, Norwich and numerous charming villages. The spacious accommodation is of a very high standard, clean and modern with a well appointed kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable and the annex had its own private garden although the hosts, who were very friendly and helpful, were happy for us to wander in the more extensive grounds of Grove House. We would highly recommend and will definitely return.

“Good location and delightful accommodation”
Reviewed 17 July 2018 for a stay in July 2018

The annex is a lovely holiday cottage, quiet and secluded but close to beaches, the Broads and a visit to historic Norwich is a must- only 40 minutes away.
Furnishings are delightful and the beds extremely comfortable.
I stayed during the hot weather at the beginning of July and the private garden was cool and pretty and surrounded by trees and abundant wildlife.
I would definitely recommend staying here - hope to visit again next year.
