We’re visiting the cheese farm on a rainy day as a last resort kinda ;)
We didn’t regret it, on contrary, the cheese was tasty, the people very nice, the clog production very interesting
We bought a few kilo cheese and still love it!!
Definitely worth a visit!

Based on other reviews, we decided a visit was called for, really glad we did.

This is a working diary farm and what lovely people, nothing was to much trouble.

You park for free, enter thorough the Clog making area onto the Cheese making room and finally into the vast shop. All in one building (old barn).

Didn't catch the lad's name, but he was quite comical with his demonstration of how to make Clogs. Very interesting & knowledgeable on the subject.

The demo on Cheese making was as good explaining the whole process from milking the cows on the farm to finally Waxing & storing the Cheese.

With free drinks (tea/coffee & fruit juice), followed by tasting of most of the flavours they produce. At no time were we felt pressured into purchasing. Really lovely passionate people.

The gift shop is full of the normal tourist trinkets at reasonable prices with the added bonus of free "burn on" motif's on any wooden gifts we purchased.

Kids were invited to visit the cow's & calf's in the adjacent barn.

Defiantly recommend 10 out of 10 with the added bonus of all being free.
