Based on other reviews, we decided a visit was called for, really glad we did.

This is a working diary farm and what lovely people, nothing was to much trouble.

You park for free, enter thorough the Clog making area onto the Cheese making room and finally into the vast shop. All in one building (old barn).

Didn't catch the lad's name, but he was quite comical with his demonstration of how to make Clogs. Very interesting & knowledgeable on the subject.

The demo on Cheese making was as good explaining the whole process from milking the cows on the farm to finally Waxing & storing the Cheese.

With free drinks (tea/coffee & fruit juice), followed by tasting of most of the flavours they produce. At no time were we felt pressured into purchasing. Really lovely passionate people.

The gift shop is full of the normal tourist trinkets at reasonable prices with the added bonus of free "burn on" motif's on any wooden gifts we purchased.

Kids were invited to visit the cow's & calf's in the adjacent barn.

Defiantly recommend 10 out of 10 with the added bonus of all being free.

Good place to visit with family, including little children.
They show how clogs and cheese are made at the farm.
Children liked seeing cows and petting them.

Well worth a visit! A small working dairy farm so don't expect a clinical experience, manicured gardens or no cow poo. Lovely, informative staff and all the cheese tasting you can handle the truffle and smoked cheese are delicious.

We made a special journey here based on other reviews, and were so glad we did.

From the outside it looks like a working farm, which is exactly what it is. However what they have done is provide a simple but excellent visitor experience.

There are just three rooms; first is the clog making, second is the cheese and the final is the shop with free cheese tasting.

There is no admission charge and no pressure to buy anything, the whole experience is very relaxed.

Highly recommended!

This sight was picked out by aa granddaughter who will be a dairy science major at U of Wisconsin in Madison!
We learned alot about how they process the milk; how mauch cheese they make each year; what seasonings they may add; etc etc.

On of the best hands on experiences we have been at overthe years of our traveling!

Got to split the wood for the klommpen turning!

HIghly recommend this option.
