“Home from Home!...”
Reviewed 5 June 2018 for a stay in May 2018

We have just returned back from a week at Marcheshi Cottage, and to say its home from home is an understatement. Jon was great from the first step, helping me with queries, calling him to discuss the property, proposing boat hire and he was the perfect host.

Marcheshi sits on the riverbank, has everything you want, private parking, clean, hidden details in the kitchen when you forget that one thing and not to mention a Welcome gift upon arrival ( these details are lovely).

Marcheshi has outdoor furniture to sit on the decking in the sun at the back of the house overlooking the river and boats, however we also moved the furniture to the front of the house for the evening sun under the veranda, watching the boats and wildlife go by. I wish I had this view from the kitchen window.

The friendly heron is a lovely sight each day, and the ducks certainly know how to get you to buy seed and spoil them!.

Don't hesitate to book folks, you wont be disappointed!.
See you all soon, we will be back!

“Great river views”
Reviewed 9 October 2017 for a stay in September 2017

A clean and comfortable cottage in a good location right on the river and within easy walk of the village shops and amenities. If you do not want to drive into Norwich, the Catherdral and Castle are well worth a visit, there are plenty of buses leaving from outside Roy's. We will certainly be returning.

“Two friends on fishing break”
Reviewed 25 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Great location for fishing, boating etc as its right on the river with a quiet marina behind. Two minutes walk into Wroxham centre with its pub and restaurants.Behind the cottage is The Shed,a bar that's good for a quiet drink and food served from Wednesday till Sunday.
The cottage is well equipped with comfortable furniture and beds. The bathroom is a little small but adequate.
Overall we had a great time and look forward to returning next year.
