cozy nice room ! like this style. There is some snow today. I hope no snow tomorrow. Anyway, I used to have a girlfriend who named Oumi. If I am lucky man, I would meet her somewhere while staying here for.

The hotel provided us with a farewell dinner and our last night in Japan. It was all part of our Sister city exchange. We were very impressed with the dinner and staff service. Rooms were great, very comfortable beds and again very helpful staff, especially since we didn't speak Japanese.

No doubt, this is certainly not a 5-star hotel at all but its location is really good. It's just a less than 5 minutes walk from the train station to this unique hotel. The moment we walked out from station
this brown color building has caught our attention. After passing by a small local bus terminal and a car park, the "best inn" was just right in front of us. We must admit that the hotel room is fairly small but the amazing thing is that they managed to squezz in a massage chair. After enjoying our solid 2-hour riverboat trip at the Azuchi cannal in Nishinoko (west lake) and strolling around the moat area of this merchant town, we really appreciated the provision of massage chair in the room which was free of charge. Breakfast was good enough though not fantastic but the staff were quite friendly and approachable. So we will stay in this "best inn" again when we visit Omihachiman in Autumn.

Room tip: Choose a higer floor with windows facing the town
