Lovely hotel, bedroom and bathroom superclean, staff very friendly would stay again when in area. The breakfast choice was very good. Plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is in the centre of Narberth with lots of shops ideal for Christmas shopping.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The room was small ish but super clean. The bathroom had a shower that had amazing pressure!
Plentiful parking too right in front.
The location was good, only a very short walk to the centre of town.
The breakfast the next day was very good indeed,
another stay at the plas, warm welcome and had same room as first visit very comfortable. The staff all friendly and professional despite having a high work load. Located in easy walk to the interesting shops in Narberth with beautiful country side close by. Plenty of parking
We visited Plas Hyfryd in 2021 for afternoon tea in the garden which was lovely! We visited again this year while on holiday and had our afternoon tea and lunch inside due to the rain. The service was excellent, staff very friendly and efficient. It's also really nice to see the staff in smart inform. We returned a week later for Sunday lunch and again the food was excellent and they made sure my gluten free diet was catered for. Just wish we lived nearer, food/ service excellent and price!
13 of us booked in for Sunday lunch. We were given our own room, fairly typical hotel feel with the lunch being outstanding.
Good choice of roast meats with plentiful bowls of sides, roasties, cauliflower cheese, roasted vegetables greens and individual jugs of gravy. Could not be faulted, tasty with very good service. Will definitely return.
Arrived Friday 30th September to find out there was to be a wedding held there Saturday 1st October. This wasn’t a problem as we have been to a few hotels before where weddings were held but this was different, not only were we not warned at the time of booking that there would be a wedding held there, on the day of the wedding we returned to the hotel around 2:00pm and we’re told we couldn’t use the bar, so we had to go back into Narberth.
The restaurant was closed because of staffing issues but they advertise bar snacks until 8:30 which we didn’t attempt to order as all the downstairs rooms and outside areas were full of wedding guest,again we had to eat out in Narberth, it’s a shame as the hotel was nice, great location, very good size rooms, clean, staff were ok.
