We stayed here for one night and enjoyed a lovely dinner and breakfast in our room. Unfortunately, it rained throughout our stay, so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful ocean view, which all rooms offer. The hotel is a little old, and so the doors are short, and the hallways show their age, but the rooms were nice enough, and were very clean.
The baths in this hotel were enjoyable; there is only one outdoor bath, which switches genders daily so be sure to partake on both days of your visit, or you will miss out on the outdoor bath, which has a lovely ocean view.
The kids had fun playing around in the outdoor pool; it is not meant for adults, since it is only a couple of feet deep at most.
The food was spot-on, and we especially liked the ise-ebi and other seafood we were served. The children had their own special "kid friendly" meals served at both breakfast and supper, and they liked theirs!
This hotel is a very quiet and relaxing hotel to stay at in the area. It is within a short walk of Kashikojima station as well, so it is convenient.

Room tip: All rooms have an ocean view

Arrive at hotel by rental car. Without booking for dinner, need to drive out for dinner. Might be difficult to walk up their slope unless shuttle reserved. Full breakfast-included package, with food served in room. View is nice. Do not expect something brand new.

After a night stayed at Asanokan where rooms are not clean, common toilets full of Dust and dirt, Hot spring was filthy. We didn't put any high hopes on Kashikojima park hotel michishio.. However, to our pleasant surprise the room with a view, spread of food, housekeepers and front desk staff were amazing helpful and smiley.. it was pouring when we got in, parked @main entrance to dropped off all our luggages then drove off to the car park, one gal came to the car park lot with an umbrella for me.. that was quite something..
We should have booked a 2 nights stay here and drive around rather than a night in Toba and a night in Shima.

Friendly staff that welcomes you. They had a kids game in the lobby by staff. They had a free three instrument concert in the waiting area at night. Dinner was great if you love raw stuff. I recommend the middle dinner set with the steak. Fee wi-fi in the lobby and room. Onsen was good. Went to the lookout point to see Ago Bay and see the hotel that Obama stayed at.

Room tip: End rooms. Stayed in room 400

This was the first stop on a five-day outing in Mie and Aichi Prefectures, Japan. The hotel is a short walk from the nearby train station. The rooms are typical Japanese style, with a floor height table that dominates the center of the tatami mat floor. There is a toko-noma niche that displays a bouquet and scroll, and cabinets from which the bedding is stored and laid out nightly by the maids over the matting. We were greeted by our room maid, garbed in kimono, who politely knocked before entering upon her every arrival. Another lady, in casual dress, brought our evening meal, neatly arranged on stacking trays; she laid out the dishes in perfect symmetrical arrangement. Tea was left after the dishes were later cleared away. There was a picture window in a nook that faced the bay of the Ise Shima National Park, largely consisting of the sea. I think our room had the most splendid view of the park, and I took several photos of the waters, islands, bridges, and boats, some attending to the oyster beds there, marked by rows of floating matrices. The hotel lobby has a lovely display of Japanese iconic features and homage to the Ama, the revered pearl divers of Japanese history. There is a convenient gift shop adjacent to a small bar that borders the lobby, and a stage for musical entertainment. After breakfast service, again personalized to our room, we enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel's shuttle service to the train station to board for our next sightseeing town. Highly recommended.

Room tip: There is free wi-fi in the lobby area.
