My husband and I were not pleased when on the first day of our stay that evening the electric went out and we called management to fix it. Gregory came out and said it was fixed.
That same night around 2am the electricity went out again and again and my husband had to go out in the middle of the night to push a lever that was told would fix it.
No one in the family got any sleep since it was very hot and uncomfortable to get any sleep! My husband went outside the condo 4 times during the night. We called the next morning and they took a while to fix the problem and to keep cool we had to leave the condo.
The very next day the coffee pot did not work. We called and later that day they gave us a coffee pot and that did not work. We eventually discover that the toaster was also broken.
It was very inconvenient to have to go out every morning for our coffee and/or toast.
The 3rd day we discovered the lock was broken on the door so we did not want to leave the condo unlocked we call the management. It was a Sunday so we called the emergency numbers of all the people that were listed. We called several times each number a never received a return call! We had and excursion set up so we left the condo.
That night the three young ladies, my daughter and friends were too scared to sleep with an unlocked door. They came Monday to replace the lock at their convenience!
To add to the calamity the maid left a dryer full of wet towels for us to dry if we wanted to use the dryer!
We never got an apology for our inconvenience nor compensation that you would expect from a so called reputable management company.
Sharon, who is a manager, showed us some possible future properties to rent but did not have a company car to take us to these places high up on a steep hill so we had to take our car and do the driving! WHO DOES THAT!!!!!
Finally, this condo was very beautiful with fantastic views from all three panoramic balconies.
We highly recommend this condo but you can get other management companies to rent
this condo. Just thought I would give you what we experienced so you can make your choice.
