It is not a resort but row houses, you have individual car parking, they are under staff and the room are filthy . service & housekeeping is very poor, There is a children park for kid, frequently there is power cut and they don't bother to run the generators. Food is horrible and they have very limited menu . Overall bad experience .

This is an amazing place where a family can spend some amazing moments in a big house that holds many people and at reasonable rates. The staff is very helpful and it was one of the good decisions that we made:) It was relaxing and a nice time overall!

The rooms are very good. There is a huge living room with and attached bath and a bedroom with another attached bathroom. They have given 2 TVs and I am sure a family of 4 to 6 people can stay comfortably. Each room has a portico with a small table.

With rates as high as Rs. 5000 this hotel gives you a good value for money at Rs. 2000.

The only problem is the non availability of food - I would suggest that you buy food from outside.

There is a small park for the kids and the location of the hotel is good. You can just take a walk outside the hotel or take a drive to Bagoda point which is 4 kms from here.

Room Tip: All the rooms are good - Depending on your taste choose the ground floor or first floor.

The Rooms are good, There is NO FOOD.

The Hotel is quite centrally located. Best bring your own car.
The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. but room service and Houskeeping is unheard of in this place.
We were told we had to "ORDER" for the food, after being told at dinner time( 8:45pm) that the cook had left for the day. At lunchtime earlier in the day we were asked to have lunch outside as there was no food as the Cook was busy preparing the "Sauces for Dinner". However he assured us that Dinner would be served.
Repeated request to empty the dustbins were also ignored. the room was swept only once during our 2 day stay.

Room Tip: the rooms have no views. so its strictly to spend the nights. Kids do have a play area though
