“Good location”
Reviewed 20 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

This site is in a rural setting and great for Warwick Castle , Stratford on Avon and other nearby attractions
We camped in August with family so there were 4 adults and 3 children , found the facilities to be basic.
There are only 2 showers and 3 toilets for the men and 3 for the women, which for a site this big is inadequate , the women showers flooded as the water wasn't draining away , the washing up stand only has 2 bowls and the hot water soon runs cold , there is no shelter either , so if it rains you get wet
Mainly families stay here , but if you are unable to secure a electric hook up , there isn't even a freezer to put your ice packs in
The site could be a great site with a few minor adjustments

Management Response
21 Aug 2017
Dear Mrs Garfoot

thank you for your review although we do strongly disagree with a number of your comments. We are a very small campsite with only 25 pitches set in a stunning location with basic but exceptionally clean facilities and we advertise ourselves as such, so not as you describe us as a "BIG" campsite. The toilets are more than adequate for up to 30 pitches and the showers for upto 50 pitches. At peak periods there may be a short wait for the showers but this is very common on the majority of campsites in August. We do not have a women's or men's showers they are just showers. If there was a problem whilst you were showering did it not occur to you to report that problem so the members of staff could remedy it rather than complain after you had left? I wish you and your family all the best with future camping trips Kind regards Simon and Gabbi
