Booked on colleague's recommendation. Room, lobby etc. are good. A/C is not that efficient, even high speed fan with set temp 23, i was still sweating in the morning. Located within city.

This hotel makes for a pleasant stay in Khammam. I was here as a tourist, because I wanted to visit the Fort /kila located in this town. The S Park is within easy walking distance of both the bus and rail stations, and similarly close to the Fort.
Reception was helpful, and quickly had me installed in a room on the third level. The room was spacious, with good wardrobe, large mirror, quiet a/c, comfortable bed to assist in a sound sleep, comfortable chairs (and not all hotel chairs are comfortable), large writing desk, and heavy blackout curtains. The bathroom is equipped with a very good shower, hot water throughout the day, plenty of bench space in the bathroom, which was very welcome, and modern toilet. The only thing I didn't like was that the mat in front of the shower was not clean; I turned it over, and was amazed how grubby it was.
The restaurant has a good range of offerings for the evening meal. The food itself was a bit too spicy for me, but that may not be a problem for Indian guests. I wasn't sure why management keep,the lighting in the restaurant so dim. It was difficult to read the menu, and I simply couldn't see what was written on the bill. The young waiter must have found other diners have the same problem, because he produced a torch from his pocket! The breakfast offerings, while limited, are well prepared and tasty.
So, minor issues aside this is a good value hotel, and most importantly somewhere to which to retire for a good night's sleep.
Room was OK and house keeping did their work.
Hot water was available all the time and WiFi was working pretty well.
Breakfast was very limited, basically there is coffee and toast.

4/5 rating is based on the realities of hotel options in Khammam. Have stayed in a couple different hotels in the city and so far I'd say this one is the best you'll find in terms of comfort, amenities, and overall cleanliness. Those sentiments seem to ring true with both the locals as well as any VIP guests staying in Khammam. Two biggest negatives are the location (it's across the bridge from the main commercial/downtown area) and the restaurant (the food just wasn't good). Rooms were clean and fairly well maintained by Indian standards. This is where I will continue to refer anyone I know until something newer/better enters the market.
In place like khammam where finding a decent hotel is next to imposible this one is like oasis in desert.well maintained rooms.restaurant menu is varied but a little spicy.worth for short stays.any more info on khammam ping me..wil be happy to guide
