We visited The Beach House in 2015 for a day after we had met Sherman and Sandy out one night. We vowed if we ever came back to Turks we would stay there. When researching vacations we looked it up and were pleasantly suprised that it had changed to adults only and all inclusive. We had never vacationed at an all inclusive before and I can say that we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and you could tell that Chef Jason takes pride in the place. The only downside of the restaurant/bar is that they did not have any premium liquor and the wine list was subpar. Better choices on both would really compliment Chef Jason's hard work.
Everyone from DeWayne at arrival, to Dorothy, Sandy and Johana at breakfast and lunch, to Sherman on the beach were exceptional. Everyone acted genuinely happy to see you everyday and to do just about anything to make your stay memorable. One of the best perks of this place is that you have your same beach chairs for the length of your stay. You can go out there whenever you want and it's yours! No racing in the morning to save a chair!
The suites were awesome, really like a small apartment with french doors that open to the ocean with a big balcony that has a table and chairs for morning coffee and a day bed that is the best for afternoon naps. It really was the best and most relaxing vacation we ever have had. In fact we have decided that The Beach House will be our Caribbean go to!!

Great place to unwind. Peaceful, quiet and private.the rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Not fancy but homey, just right. The beach is perfect with beach attendees that are glad to accommodate.Had a nice beachfront message that was wonderful . The staff was awesome .Very Pleasant and made you feel very welcome and very personal service. The food was great. From breakfast, lunch and dinner food was prepared and served with the utmost of care . No buffets . All meals cooked to order by the executive chef in his staff Jason just perfect. I would highly recommend this little gem with 22 rooms, hope you can find space there it’s well worth the trip

We had the most relaxing trip ever. All we did was eat, sleep, drink, and go to the beach. There is no better beach in the world and the service at the Beach House was exceptional!

We stayed in a room named 'Calmed' and within a day, we were! Our room was right off the beach. Within 50 yards, we could step there from our back door (and enjoy our reserved lounge chairs, also named 'Calmed.') Plus, the 21-room hotel has NO kids and is now inclusive (more about that later).

We were greeted with a wine and fruit. Our room fridge was always filled with water and other drinks. Besides the excellent food at Kitchen 218, every staff member is there to make your vacation exquisite - DeWayne, Francisco, everyone! They truly are special and I had tears in my eyes leaving my new 'family.'

Everyone particularly went out of their way for Valentine's Day. Besides having a great day at the beach, we were invited to a fantastic Valentine's Meal by Chef Jason (who really went all out!), complete with Champagne and a Red Rose. After the great repast, we found another Red Rose on our bed with Chocolates. So wonderful!

A few negatives should be mentioned. Unfortunately, you cannot eat at Kitchen 218 every day. (They are off Tuesdays and Thursdays.) You can eat at the Sister Hotels, Blue Haven and Alexandra. (You must take a shuttle - which was not as frequent as last year. We either had to wait a bit or share the ride with others and ended up standing or squeezed together.)

The food at both hotels wasn't good. Blue Haven was better - the server really tried, but the kitchen disappointed her. (We stayed at Blue Haven last year and were not happy with the food then either. We were especially upset that the meal cost so much then and was really inferior.) The meal at Alexandra was really bad, as was the service. If that's the dining alternatives, you need to fix those restaurants!

I know that the hotels have just gone 'inclusive,' but changes need to be made so that the guests can take better advantage of this 'perk.' The type of liquor served at each hotel was a different quality - and the Beach House actually had the most inferior brands according to my hubby. They should either be consistent across the three hotels, or being that the Beach House is the most premier, the best should be served there. (It doesn't make any sense.) There are still some kinks to the whole inclusive change and maybe the hotels should be marketed differently...

Another suggestion is having a daily special at the restaurants (including the one on the beach). There could be similar dishes, for example, but with different sauces, or whatever. Otherwise, you could almost memorize the menu! Just altering a dish or two, or having a daily special, would really be great. (It would also have been great if the chef had a cooking class - I know my hubby would have loved that!)

If these changes are made, a vacation at the Beach House would be absolutely perfect.

We loved our stay at the Beach House. Besides the beautiful surroundings and room, the staff made our vacation terrific!

We also love the new Hotel Dog, Toby!

Room Tip: Calmed was right on the beach!

My husband and I just came back from staying at The Beach House. I don’t normally post reviews but I had to this time because our trip was so beautiful. We’ve traveled around the Caribbean and enjoy the ease of “all inclusive” and usually stay in one. The Beach House is “Adults Only” as well. PERFECT!!!
No screaming kids to listen to. We have three children and enjoy the quiet when we go away without them.
The room (more like an apartment) is so comfortable. The deck facing the beach is huge and it includes a daybed!! That ended up being my favorite spot. It was so nice to take naps on that daybed- listening to the waves and feeling the breeze.
The food was so good too! I’ve never had such good food at an all inclusive before!! Chef Jason is well trained and puts out a fabulous meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can’t go wrong!
Dorothy and Sherman at the beach bar always have a smile ready for you. DeWayne will do anything for you, including drive you to the store if your sunscreen was taken away from you at security in the airport (oooops). Literally every staff member I met were so kind and accommodating. There are only 21 rooms at The Beach House so they become like family.
The Beach itself was spectacular (Grace Bay Beach is usually ranked as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world) and our comfortable “pods” were awesome. Service on the beach too. There is absolutely nothing missing. They even came around with cool scented washcloths....ahhhhhhh
My husband and I will definitely be back. We have found our home away from home ❤️
