The food at Solana was fantastic! We started out with crispy shrimp roll and spicy tuna roll, both of which were spot on and fresh. Our server Watson, who was awesome, recommended the BBQ ribs and grouper. My husband had the grouper and said it was decent, but my friend and I had the ribs and they were probably the best thing we ate on our vacation. The sauce is delicious, with just the right amount and the meat falls off the bone. Of course, we let my husband have the few ribs we couldn't finish and he loved them too.
We came for sunset and the views at Solana were spectacular, as with most restaurants on Grace Bay.
Service was good, no major complaints. Watson was hilarious and the staff went out of their way to get us the bottle of wine that we ordered that they were out of originally.
