We were happy to find flights to and from Kilimanjaro--the price was reasonable and time schedule suited us. Unfortunately, the plane was quite warm and we didn't have any possibility of cooling the air. We took 4 flights and all were delayed. This was not expected. Also, food and drinks are not included in the price. We didn't know that- it was not expected. I wish the airline informed us of this. The screens did not work also.

this is a joke. you need to buy even a glass of water on 4 hours flight! it feels like a bus and it does not cost nothing - the tickets are expensive for what they offer. plus if you need to transfer to Emirates in Dubai - it is such a pain as the shuttle bus comes every 20 min and it can take only 20 passengers - but at my time, there were some 100 people waiting....it takes some 30 min to transfer once you are on the bus. plan to have lots of time between the flights if you do not want to get stressed.....

Clean and comfort Boeings. Welcoming staff. Not cheap flight in my opinion but I am happy with their service altogether.

I had flown with Flydubai before using their business class, however my latest experience was truly disappointing! The cabin crew were rude, and could not respond to any queries from passengers. The entertainment did not work and they merely said that the screens are mostly not working, with no further explanation yet alone an apology for non-functioning equipment. After take-off it was really freezing and although people were asking for blankets they were not given any (even families with children).
The scary thing was that the pilot himself seemed not to be aware which airline he is flying for - Skydubai? Unfortunately the only airline offering direct flight from Skopje to Dubai, however I would think twice before booking again.

This was a two segment flight. Mumbai-Dubai is like a public bus. Loads of people who have little or no travel experience, creating nuisance while checking in, at security, and on board too. Some times it's better, but mostly it's tiering. Staff knows what to expect and has little patience and respect. But seeing the kids, and adequate people they light up and can be of good help. Just treat them well.
Dubai-Moscow is better, more quiet and respectful. But still far from perfect. Staff little less polite. Mostly.
Bottom line - you pay less for a last minute ticket (compared to other options) and you just manage it. Stay calm. You will reach ;)
