ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. When booking the flight, we spoke to someone who booked us on the wrong flights and it’s taking us hours to get through to anyone on the phone or on chat online. We managed to get through to Leuan on virtual chat and was USELESS and RUDE. After a while of talking, they ended the chat for us having to go through the whole process again. The is the worst customer service we have ever received and will not be using Virgin for anything going forward including flights, tv, WiFi, phone etc… INCREDIBLY AWFUL

I booked a premium economy ticket and booked my seat 2 months in advance. I have a health problem and need to be in window it aisle. I booked my seat 23 A for my flight through for both sectors, Boston- Heathrow and Heathrow to Mumbai. When I tried to web cut in they wouldn’t allow me to until the 24 hour window. So as soon as the window began I web checked despite no urgency since I’d already blocked my seat. To my horror the website said the seat would be assigned at the airport. When I reached the airport they gave me a middle seat saying all other seats had shady been blocked. How? If I wasn’t allowed to book my seat while en checking how did anyone else? Why did I receive that message?!!! Does virgin Atlantic choose specific passengers to not allow seat choice (and that too after blocking yer seat 2 months ago when I booked yr ticket)? Why did the airline not allow me but allow other passengers to block their seats? Interestingly my onward flight has my seat blocked as 23A! I had my boarding pass. It’s going to be a traumatic flight and I have no choice! I might throw up, keep getting up unfortunately disturbing other passengers inadvertently. VA systems and attitude and technology are crap!!!!

Travlled business class in VS316 from LON to BLR on 28th oct and absolutely worst expereince on business class . Small and crampy seats , less space and weird sitting arrangement. had to turn my head almost 180 degree to see outisde window while seating on the window seat. travelled business class on several other airlines but virgin atlantic had the worst business class experience.I could literaly peep

Due to Hurricane Milton my flight had to be cancelled at short notice. The speed at which Virgin Atlantic processed and paid a full refund was excellent. Well done and thanks Virgin Atlantic.

Worst experience I've ever had with an airline. They declined me boarding once and I missed my flight, due to a misunderstanding & the flight was missed. The 2nd time they declined me boarding because my daughter was booked twice by virgin. Avoid
