ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. When booking the flight, we spoke to someone who booked us on the wrong flights and it’s taking us hours to get through to anyone on the phone or on chat online. We managed to get through to Leuan on virtual chat and was USELESS and RUDE. After a while of talking, they ended the chat for us having to go through the whole process again. The is the worst customer service we have ever received and will not be using Virgin for anything going forward including flights, tv, WiFi, phone etc… INCREDIBLY AWFUL
