The seats were messed around prior to flight so beware. If you do not book direct with Virgin you cannot join in the auction for upgrades. Coming home in upper class I found it too warm and uncomfortable and hence no sleep. Having said that everyone else seemed to manage. The seats we were given in upper class meant my wife and I were parted (9a and 9g) even though both 8g and 10g were available. Remember to go up or down the seat number and not across. Food was good though again too irritable to appreciate. Wine was first class. Not many other treats were offered or pushed to take more of the pleasures but could get if you went to the bar which in this instance was used by the same two passengers for the entire trip.
