flight from Jax to Houston ok,. But flight from Houston to Honolulu is 8 hrs which we knew, but the seats are very tight, small and close almost no leg room. then they only
offer drinks and tiny bag of pretzels free for an 8 hour flight. you can buy a box snack .

Not sure what other airlines are like on a long flight but didnt care for United.

Used United in partnership with ANA. Flew from Fort Lauderdale to Chicago(O'hare) to make the connecting flight to Tokyo(Haneda) then on to Jakarta. The flight was unremarkable, nothing out of the ordinary.

Flew from Denver to Porto Portugal. Through Newark. The first flight was fine. There were mechanical problems with the plane and it took them hours to find a new one to get us to Portugal. The plane was an older long range 757. The seats were not very comfortable. The screens for the entertainment did not work very well. There were not enough bathrooms and they became very dirty by the end of the trip. The food was OK.

the flight was very smooth with no slow downs the crew was very nice and kept everything on the up and up as where we were they had everything in the correct line and someone was there to tell you where to go next til we could get to our baggage and taxi to the hotel

United Airline has lost my business. They make traveling so uncomfortable by being so greedy even a 1-hour flight will not be worth what they charge when other carriers can offer a passenger more for the same fare.

When they say "fly united they mean just that." You're glued to the next passenger sitting next to you. They should use that as their new slogan.
