This was a great flight with only one 'x' - which was the 1 hour 30 minute delay to the flight some of which the pilot managed to make up. Other than that, good legroom and comfort for a smaller aircraft - much better than EasyJet and RyanAir - with the added bonus of reasonable cabin bag allowance (free) and a snack and Star Alliance points. FIrst time flying into London City - and that was pleasant as well with easy transport into the city.

My trip hasn't even started and I'm already absolutely appalled by the extra charge for one single suitcase at the tune of 85 Euros! There was no indication of this anywhere on my ticket. And KIWI.com is the worst place to book anything because they don't tell you that you are being booked with hacker fares, meaning you have to go through immigration and pick up luggage each time. I almost missed my flight making a connection in Paris. My ticket ended up being more expensive than if I had purchased it through a serious and ethical booking company. I am absolutely disgusted. Also, you have to pay for your seat unless you want them to sit you wherever they want. TAP is becoming like the cheap US airlines. But on long-haul flights, this is absurd and unacceptable.

All in all, KIWI.com and TAP are making this trip quite stressful for me as I have so many connections in between. I don't know if I'll make it home.

Flight 3 hours delayed due to technical problems with the plane. No priority boarding, just a free for all because the staff didn’t care/din’t have a clue about customer service. Left sitting on the plane for over an hour whist crew stood around gossiping. No info and no refreshments. Asked to leave plane and sit in lounge again with no info. Only offer of apology was a complementary aperitif before the meal. Problems happen but it’s the way companies minimise disruption and communicate to their customers that shows the quality of the organisation. Will not be using them again.

Manchester to Lisbon and return. Check in and flight were smooth on the onward journey. It is small flight with no in-flight entertainment. Lisbon only has electronic check in, which led to build-up of a long queue and needed assistance on the return journey. One gets a sandwich and a drink (& alcohol for those who wish). The return flight was delayed; but the communication was poor.

A sweet, short journey, which got completed on time. The staff was courteous. Overall a good experience
