We flew twice within 2 months time with SAA. First time we flew during Feb to Mozambique and the second time we flew to Mauritius. The service on the Maputo flight was not good at all. Personnel had the attitude of doing as a favor instead of being of service to the paying customers. We only booked SAA again for our trip to Mauritius because the departing and arrival times were better. One would think that if you were employed by a struggling airline the service would be out of this world to ensure the customers return, but not with SAA. Such a pity.
