I never made it onto the plane. I had my phone plugged into an outlet by the gate and ended up walking about 50 feet away to grab a drink, in line of sight of the gate, and someone decided to take the phone to lost and found while I was paying for the drink.

Lost and found is all the way out through customs, so I had to go out through customs and then back through security, and I tried to check with the SAS desk and they said the flight was already boarded and couldn't wait for me, despite the fact that the flight ended up leaving 3 minutes earlier tha scheduled departure time.

The staff was rude, I ended up having to book a later flight without reimbursement, and have had to deal with ignorant, rude staff. I will never flight this trash airline again and will be filing an official complaint because of their rude staff.

Had a very confusing encounter with SAS customer service. There was an internal error with my booking, and while sorting this out I was speaking with a very rude and aggressive customer service representative. This ordeal has really made me lose faith with SAS and their ability to handle customer care. This is especially frustrating because the error was in the SAS system, and nothing that I had done. Cannot recommend them - if you need assistance, you are very lucky to receive any.

Second flight in our connection from Helsinki to Heathrow.
Selling tickets with short connections that will involve rushing between gates is not a good idea in an airport this spread out. Having missed our outbound flight because of this we rushed and just about made this one!
Flight sat on the tarmac due to restrictions imposed by London and we were late arriving.
There were power sockets in all seats but the paid internet did not work.
I doubt I will use this airline again due to the lack of customer care.

Where to start... direct Trondheim flight to Oslo was cancelled. Fair enough- it happens. They put us on indirect flight of 2 sectors. The connection in Ålesund was impossible (security etc in between connecting flights). Why did they put us on that? There were seats available on later direct flights. We received no update of alternative flights and spent over an hour chasing for emails and txts that hadn't been sent to us. We were then advised to check our luggage wasn't in Ålesund and to be checked in; apparently (after speaking to Kongsberg and alternative airlines) that was not possible. Customer support were unsupportive and terminated the connection while I was typing a question. A whole day wasted. So - Norway is stunningly beautiful. The people are interesting, admirable and mostly lovely. But don't go with SAS ... awful.

About 40 minutes before landing, the cabin speakers started playing some music. An air stewardess approached me and asked me to turn 'my music' off. I pointed to the overhead speaker to indicate where the music was from. She turned around and walked off, without apologizing.

I understand that she may have been mistaken, but I am concerned that someone who couldn't tell where certain sounds are coming from yet has access to some controls and levers of an aircraft.
