Had a very confusing encounter with SAS customer service. There was an internal error with my booking, and while sorting this out I was speaking with a very rude and aggressive customer service representative. This ordeal has really made me lose faith with SAS and their ability to handle customer care. This is especially frustrating because the error was in the SAS system, and nothing that I had done. Cannot recommend them - if you need assistance, you are very lucky to receive any.
