Yes, they do cheap flights, but they also have the ability to wind you up before you’ve even got on the plane with their take, take attitude.
The planes are cramped with uncomfortable upright seats that don’t even have a pocket in the back of the seat to put anything. Talk about penny pinching!
We had a cheese and ham panini on the flight, which on other airlines (Jet2 and EasyJet) is actually quite tasty. Not so Ryanair, theirs was absolutely disgusting, a bread roll with a teaspoon of squirty cheese and a tasteless micro thin slither of ham. ( do not be fooled by the picture on the flight menu) Shameful
It’s amazing how many people you talk to, who now won’t fly with Ryanair, or avoid them at all costs.
Remember the saying Ryanair. “Don’t bite the hand that feeds you!”
Jet2 and EasyJet are way better airlines.

ryanair from barcelonà delayed 1 and a half hours, didnt even offer free food in recompense even tried their scam which they have done several times with me which goes like this, you buy a coffee from the ir drinks , which by the way is awful, give them ten euro or any denomination note they then say i have no change will give it you when we have done the round, then conveniently forget hoping you wil say nothing, their crew have done this on more than one occasion, in fact quite a lot more than one, good scam on an aircraft with two hundred on board, bad attitude staff, terrible expensive rip off with all the add ons, i have finally given up with them and wil not fly with them again.

Usually, my Ryanair flights end with at least one hour of delay and no one to explain anything. However, this commercial flight Monday morning worked pretty well, probably because mostly the clients are businessmen instead of leisure travelers.

I have been travelling on business and for leisure purposes for some 50 years and have never, until today, experienced the whole flight crew, pilot and co-pilot included, passing through the passenger queue to board the aircraft 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Passenger boarding was eventually arranged by the local refuelling and maintenance staff in the absence of any Ryanair personnel, much to the amusement of the queuing passengers. Our arrival at Stansted was obviously a surprise as no steps were available for passengers to leave the aircraft. After some considerable time one set of steps was found to enable us in row 33 to leave by the front door!. Needless to say no apology was forthcoming.

Had to grab a quick flight to ibiza for a business trip. Flight was delayed (fine, ot happens). However, there was absolutely no notice AT ALL as to when the flight would be leaving. Not on the app, not on the website, not on the airport monitors, and not by the reps at the gate. So, people just sat there for 2 hours....waiting, indefinitely. Wont fly again, except for in dire circumstances.
