It's cheap travel and they do it reasonably well. The organisation at the boarding gate is poor,They do it to a budget and try to make a profit out of every occasion.

Very good flight ...we booked one check in case and hand luggage which included priority boarding.
Flights on time both ways absolutely would use again!

Had a recent flight on Ryanair from Palma to Manchester. This airline is a joke!! Flight was due to depart at 9.30pm and the gate was due to close at 9pm. The board said the same thing but waiting in the queue at the gate at 9.15 with not a Ryanair soul in site. Eventually a woman appeared and told us that the gate had changed and sent us across the airport to another gate that was for a Ryanair flight to Bristol!! Then everyone got a text to say the flight was delayed and it would be leaving at 11.05pm. No one from scum-air even came to apologise or even acknowledge their passengers! We were just left stranded with no information about where the flight was leaving from and at what time. I eventually went to get some food at around 10.30 after nothing was announced either on the board or over the tannoy only to find the flight boarding when I returned 5 mins later. No apologies from anyone and then had to wait until 2 minutes before the 2 hour compensation delay before the flight actually took off. The plane had literally arrived 10 minutes before we boarded and was absolutely disgusting!!! Food and empty packets so over the floor, I'm surprised that there weren't nice running around.

People please spend an extra £20 and fly with a decent airline who actually care about their customers. Ryanair are a disgrace and I will never fly with them again no matter how cheap their flights are!

This was our first flight with Ryanair and we were pleasantly surprised. It all went very smoothly with no hitches.

With Ryan you get what you pay for - no frills, or thrills. It's cheap travel and they do it reasonably well. The organisation at the boarding gate is poor, especially in Treviso, a complete muddle. Everything about the flight/journey is rushed. They do it to a budget and try to make a profit out of every occasion. The constant chimes over the p.a. system can be very annoying. To date I've never had a serious issue with the airline although I am aware that many have over the summer.
