A budget airline....small tight seats, little leg room. have travelled better budget airlines. service good, staff pleasant, guess we were lucky not to have our flight cancelled given the current situation at Ryanair!

My wife and I use Ryanair at least twice year for round trips to Italy, flying out of Stansted to Pisa, Verona, Bologna and Venice and have never had any problems with punctuality and certainly not price. Staff have been courteous and the self-check in and bag-drop technology seems to work perfectly. Would, however, put in a plea for the departure lounge at Venice Treviso (currently a stairwell!) be upgraded.

Always a mixed bag with Ryanair. The main selling point is of course, the price. A recent return trip was roughly £50 which is excellent.

The optional extras can be tough to avoid but if you can, Ryanair is a good option. The service and waiting at the gate, the seats on the plane and in flight service aren't great. Always check just how close the airport you are flying to is to your destination as you may be arriving in a hanger in the middle of nowhere.

after booking priorty boading and paying an extra cost for this there was not priorty boading at all which i feel is a CON not only that i had to place my hand luggage in the hold before i was allowed to board where other people were allowed to take hand luggage. like it says LOW BUDGET airline and their not wrong.... very poor, Priorty Boarding should be as it says boarding priorty .
would not fly with Ryan air again

Not only is their chairman a complete idiot with no customer service skills, but today I experienced the Ryan Air flight.

Far from sending staff to flight school these crew went to the "Rodney Trotter School of Independent Traders". Every 5 minutes a crew member was on the tannoy trying to sell us everything from cameras to mascara.

Really annoying but I guess their chairman has to find the money for fines and compensation somewhere.
