“Service very good but the seats need an overhaul”

I flew the long Kangaroo route on QF1 via Singapore. The seats on the A380 are beginning to show their age. The tv screen that has to be stowed on take off and landing is particularly annoying. I was sat in seat 24A which is particularly good if you need the generous legroom. The service on the flight was very good and particularly on the Singapore leg the attendants were very attentive. The food was pretty good too. There is lot of competition on this route and I have flown it with other airlines in premium. The food and service with Qantas was better, making it feel like like a premium experience rather than an inconvenient add on to economy which I have experienced elsewhere. If Qantas can do something about the seats, it will be excellent.

Flying out at 7:00 am for work, connecting
flight missed due to Qantas delay, told to fly at 6:00 pm, went to service desk and 2 more flights later landed 4:30 pm, no baggage, numerous calls and waiting up all night, finally got my bag at 1:00am, 18hrs
Start to Finnish, totally devastated with the service, never again!!!!!

Qantas is by far the best flight to choose from. Even though I am not regular with Qantas, I wish I was. Being a vegan/ vegetarian could be a challenge.

Good flight and very good service even though the flight was delayed by 15. Minutes out of Melbourne no complaints

Perth to London straight thru..... great flight, BUT if coming from Brisbane there is a 2-hour time difference between Brisbane and Perth which messed up the sleep pattern on board, ie I was tired when dinner was served (my time after 10pm, Perth time 8pm !!)and awake 2 hours before everyone else - breakfast was a long time away !!!! Seats comfortable though but not much more leg room than normal.... would recommend only doing this flight if origin is Perth.
