Had 3 flights to get back to Chicago. All flights were on time or made up time while in the air. Cabin Crew was very helpful. Would have liked the Tim tam bar to be on the flight back to Melbourne but what can you do.

well all the flights and all airlines were experience massive delays caused by the storm over the weekend in Brisbane.
So yes our flight was delayed almost by 90 minutes by the time we had a take off.
This airline is ever so professional and yes passengers were furious but this had nothing to do with the airlines the weather was terrible but we did take off and we got home. The flight was somewhat bumpy but the crew did manage between terrible turbulence to serve diner.
The only airline I would fly is purely Qantas and yes the delay was worth the wait, SAFETY IS FIRST AND I AGREE.

This was a QantasLink operated service in one cabin only.
I was sorry for the crew that did everything to catch up with the delay that was caused by the ramp that was not touching the aircraft and typical and great for it with security is first ask every one to return to the lounge while the small gap was closed and we re boarded the flight.
Also the weather in Brisbane was casing delays
We had a hot lunch that was a Neil Perry shepherd pie and may I say was delicious
Again I can only have one word Thanks Qantas

Flew from Melbourne to Wellington on Qantas and I'm not looking forward to the return flight. I was told Jetstar was the worst airline in Australia but the way the staff at Qantas talk to you it won't be long before they are the worst. Shabby service.

We found the staff to be very friendly and professional. Seating was good and food very nice.
Only a hung to improve is to add airport pickup and drop off as some rivals do.
