Not the best impressions but enough good for this price and I expected more comfort for Airbus A380. Very weak seats.

Wonderful airlines and flight. On Munich to Tel Aviv the staff failed to bring water or anything to drink and waited until after food was served. Some begged for water and ot was like they could not understand English. One meal was advertised as chicken and rice but much was overcooked soggy spinach. On flights to Tel Aviv insinsufficient water was distributed.

From the Business (and even better in First Class) Class lounge to the cleanliness of the aircraft and the attentive service, LH is always a winner with its exacting German penchant for service. Have flown LH in business within EU/UK and in First to the USA and each time, always consistent, always stellar. Worth the money.

Purser welcomed all passageners by name in C Class. The food was Very good. Service very friendly ! I was very happy :)

6 am departure - bad planned boarding. The flight, the service and staff were good but at arrival the plane was parked in the cargo area.

The means buses transportation to the terminal. 3 buses waiting and all left at the same time. Our bus - the first bus was over crowed and still waiting. A very unpleasant morning
