My flight journey was Amsterdam to Munich. The flight was on time. The staff was friendly. Because it was a short flight, the type of food served was a bread and a water.
The seat is a bit tight on leg space.
Over all, it was a good flight to Munich!

Excellent service from KLM on both the city hopper from Glasgow to Amsterdam and transatlantic flight to LAX, final flight to Vegas was Delta.

No need to worry about purchasing drinks in the airport as they came round so frequently with drinks and snacks, the inflight meal was lovely and included beer or wine, a hot wetwipe before your meal too,we were also offered a Bailey's after our meal, blanket pillow and ear phones included, all flights arrived on time

Schiphol airport is huge and it's a long taxi to the gate after landing of 20 mins, but it's all on a level and easy to get from gate to gate.

We fly a number of times a year with the likes of BA, American Airlines etc, KLM are way ahead on service

The staffs was very good and friendly, we had a snack offer on board and aircraft was clean and pleasant flight

Really enjoyed the quality of the service and the food. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Seats are a bit old and do not lie flat but they were ok.

A so-so flight with a ridiculous boarding system that mostly just clogs up the aisles.

Most staff were as friendly and as helpful as one would expect; one not so.
