“Game changer”

We have used Jet2 a few times but their new service resort flight check in service where you can check in and leave your luggage at the hotel is a game changer, first time we have used it but Jet2 will be the first service provider that we will look for from now on.
Apart from that everyone involved with Jet2 that we met were very helpful and we would recommend them without hesitation.

From the minute we checked in to the check in on departure everything was so organised. Busy check in at Glasgow but no hassle at all it all went so smoothly & the staff were all so pleasant.
Same fir the return element at las palmas they were so helpful & desks opened up on time.
The crew on flight both ways were all so pleasant & couldn't do enough for everyone.
Makes a pleasant change from some other airlines.
Keep up the good work, it makes it a great experience for the customer.

We flew from Glasgow to Gran Canaria on the 28th December 2017 and flew back on the 6th January 2018. Very quick and easy check-in, both flights were slightly delayed on departure due to air traffic control, but made up time during flights to arrive on time. Staff at both airports and on board were excellent, friendly and efficient. Great leg-room and the food and drink on board were reasonably priced.

Excellent team at Manchester Airport, very smooth. Faro arrivals, very efficient. Faro departures, superb. Friendly staff throughout, aircraft crew both ways were really good. Having COPD I suffered on the return journey due to the drop in oxygen levels on the flight, which had a severe knock-on effect at Manchester, but this has no reflection on Jet2.

We just had our usual New Years holiday in Portugal and used jet2 holidays for the first time although I had flown with them before, no frills but a little more room than other budget airlines with good crew to look after us, will definitely fly Jet2 again as I already booked to fly to Spain later in the year.
