Very comfortable planes, very nice flight attendants... Check in very easy, all flights was punctual

I had amazing experience flying AirSerbia new flight to New York City.
Brand New airplane with lovely attendents , very helpful and polite.
Had amazing experince , and didnt feel 10 hours flight.

Would prefer more movies on board though.

Bought tickets online through booking which does not accept debit cards and customer does not know that until calling their call center.

While trying to book online for four times fifth time i succeeded with a new credit card and I made a mistake in our personal details because of so many repeats in process. Then I called them to change a detail which was incorrect and they charged me for another 10EUR for a change. While they changed incorrect detail they made new mistake which I havent seen until I made a check in online (in place check in costs another 30EUR). They made a mistake in passport expiration date which is editable field on their online ticket management but it simply doesn't work :). So once another time I needed to call them to correct that detail. They corrected it and I went to airport with my printed boarding tickets. And new problem just comes in, gate on boarding ticket was not correct, then I found the gate for Venice which is still not open (45-50 minutes before flight). Finally they open the gate and we board to airplane. Then the plane did not fly for entire hour and no one knows why. We have arrived to Venice one our later missed a train for Verona which was the last one etc etc...

Really bad experience with them this time.

service very poor, entertainment poor as well, hostess do not look after passegers as should be, it looked like more like a bus than airplane.

It was a short flight (about 1 hour), service was perfect, cabin crew very polite and pleasant, and a plane was very clean.
