I am writing this review with deep dissatisfaction regarding multiple interactions with your support team, which failed to resolve my issue despite consuming significant time.

To summarize: On October 14, 2024, I traveled from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad to Bangalore on a connecting flight. During the journey, I found an insect in the juice served to me, and I’ve attached a photo for your reference.

I understand that such incidents are unintentional and can occur. Keeping this in mind, I refrained from creating a scene or damaging your reputation among other passengers. Instead, I immediately sent an image of the juice via DM on X (Twitter) upon landing. Your team responded promptly, apologizing for the incident, and your ground staff member, Mr. Prasanjeet (+91 82771 18023), met me at Hyderabad airport. I shared all the images and videos with him over WhatsApp, and he assured me of future support if needed. When I contacted them for a small change in my other flight booking they denied rudely for any support despite assuring me full support during the initial phase. Pathetic Customer service

Saloni working at indigo in goa international airport was our agent and helped us out with our baggage checkin and she is excellent to work with

Do not use this company.
We checked in at Jaipur airport to find the flight was cancelled, no email.
We was strained and had to pay for a 7 hour taxi drive.
They don’t care and no compensation. The staff didn’t even say sorry.

The next flight 2 days later was changed so we had to cancel and get a 5 hour taxi.
We hate this company.

I booked indigo flight first time.dublin to New Delhi when I went there was no problem.i had two luggage that time. But when I came back to Dublin there was big problem my luggage was overwat and I arjust to my friend and wat was fine and the lady says why’s u have two luggage I say I always curry two luggage bt never had problem and they say no I can’t do that so I pay 14000 Indian currency. Also she don’t how much I have to pay. Very bad experience with indigo flight never booked in against…

I lost my flight because of the stupid staffs. Irresponsible idiots. They told wait for the flight infront of them after sometime they said the fight already take off when I was waiting there.. on the same day so many came with same complaint.. worst services no one is responsible for their services.tje flight number also they can't identify..
