Worst airline ever!!!! They sold me short connection through Mumbai to Phuket, and then didn’t go trough with it and made me wait for 12 hours to another flight. Ok. Be losing my plans there, as I arrive a day later at night instead first thing in the morning :(
The stuff on the ground was not helpful at all, some lied, some treated me like I did something wrong.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT FLY WITH INDIGO!!!!

Indigo really has opened up the Indian flight market, offering very competitive prices and flights across the subcontinent and beyond. Since beginning our travels in September, we’ve used them for 8 flights spanning over 2 months. Every flight has left on time and either arrived on time or early. The check in staff have been excellent every time- efficient and courteous. Other ground staff have been equally helpful
On board, the planes have been clean and comfortable, in line with the standards expected of a budget carrier.
The baggage handling has also been efficient with minimum waiting.
What’s not to like?
Imagine Ryanair, but with polite and courteous staff and good customer service!

Such a bad staff.During baggage checkin...staff was refuse to submit 7 kg -7kg bag due to this my old parents carried 7 -7 kg two bags with him in flight.Such a bad behaviour of indigo staff.

One of arragont crew behaviour. Booked upma for meals. When not delivered asked them. They never came up. Never cared. With attitude they acted busy with other passengers. Better don't go by Indigo

Staff was negligent
They did not even check for seat belts
No response from them for queries
Very unprofessional staff.
