Such a bad staff.During baggage checkin...staff was refuse to submit 7 kg -7kg bag due to this my old parents carried 7 -7 kg two bags with him in flight.Such a bad behaviour of indigo staff.

One of arragont crew behaviour. Booked upma for meals. When not delivered asked them. They never came up. Never cared. With attitude they acted busy with other passengers. Better don't go by Indigo

Staff was negligent
They did not even check for seat belts
No response from them for queries
Very unprofessional staff.

One of the worst experience I have ever had with Indigo, I waited 30 mins for the checkin personnel as she was busy talking to other employees and took her own sweet time to pay attention to the passenger at 4 am in the morning and was taking her own leisure in assisting the check in process. After waiting for her highness to get free I was finally able to check in. My bag was overweight by 600 grams and she asked to pay for overweight, when i requested for a waive off as it was just few grams above the threshold. She was rude, inconsiderate and was asking me to remove the extra 600 grams from my luggage or pay. Reluctant of creating a bigger scene and holding the queue behind me I ended up paying for the extra weight.

I boarded the flight and it was just one hell after the other, the aircraft i got was very small, and they did not turn on the ac for at-least 10-15 mins post every passenger boarding the flight. The inside was suffocating and the crew was rude and simply asked us to wait for the ac’s to be on. At this point the flight was already delayed and all the passengers were uncomfortable as we were locked in an aircraft with no ventilation.

Finally after waiting for quite some time the flight took off. But the miserable journey did not end there. After the aircraft was in air there was a huge loud noise coming from the top of the aircraft and it continued to make the same noise until the flight was in lower altitude. The noise after a while just made my head ache and i requested the crew to check the issue. Again Indigo’s wonderful staff failed to display costumer support. They could not change my seat because the flight was full. One after the other mess up with Indigo I sat in the air praying for my life and hoping i could just land and get over with this horrible journey and the noise was at this point both scary and irritating. I had never experience this lack of customer support from Indigo, i always use to choose Indigo for their punctuality and support, but from last few months i see more cons from indigo than pro’s. Unfortunately i had already booked my return with Indigo and now i would rather lose money than fly with Indigo. I had paid almost 10k for the horrible journey

I’m so over this airline and their arrogance. Lately every time I fly with them the flight staff are rude and inept…and I’ve had enough. Today I was just about ready to throw up and pass out by the time the late running flight got itself into the sky. Not a drop of water let alone some actual oxygen was offered to the passengers during this time. Nor was there an explanation or apology from the pilots. Once we were finally in the sky we wait half the flight for Deepali and Twinkle (yes her name was Twinkle…) to get the meal cart sorted. If you’re Jain you get served straight away….anyone else who has prepurchased can wait - unapologetically. I was ready to eat a small child by the time my prepurchased veg meal arrived. Sadly it was a soggy cheese and cucumber sandwich. It was inedible - to the point that I had to check it was still in date. At this point I pretty much actually vomit but when I ask to switch it out for something else Deepali says to me ‘you ordered it’ and struts off!! Are you freaking kidding me ‘head hostess’!!! This is on top of the fact that when I pulled the tray table out it was smeared with the previous passengers meal which quite frankly looked more appealing than my soggy sandwich. I don’t care how much it costs - I will fly with ANYONE but Indigo from here. They don’t know how to treat their customers and they don’t deserve any
