Two valuable things were missing from our luggage after the flight, probably stolen: jewellery (Engagement rings, necklace and earrings, all with gemstones) and a valuable drybag.
When reporting it at the Airport we did Not get proper help and were sent to three different desks, but noone could help us, especially the indigo counter. We Are very angry and will Never Book with this Airline again.
It is very bad, that you don‘t have Control over your staff and they Are stealing peoples luggage!
Indigo is the worst..they don't care for people's money and hardworking it's really pathetic...even VRL bus people call before leaving but indigo people really don't care to call customers before take off to know whether they are joining....the flight was at 11.20 and when we were there at 11.15 they said flight has gone....they don't care to contact also....on ticket it was 11.20....we lost 80k because of them...I don't know how they make so much money by cheating on people....I know it won't really make difference for them....but it's TRUE you have cheated...

We were tired travelling early morning from Dubai to Bengaluru and we had a layover at Mumbai Terminal 2. We have to collect our luggage for terminal change and as we go to domestic luggage transfer the staff from that counter were having a shift change. We were n a hurry as we have a connecting flight n have a little time left in our hand ,but then this guy was taking his own glory of time streching, yawning and relaxing after the lunch break or idk what's so ever and it took us like 20 mins just to put tag n transfer our luggage.
So disrespectful and we really feel like he was doing that intentionally as we were in a hurry.
Please train ur staff well even for ground staff too, the inflight crew are no doubt so well train.
Very bad sevice made us stand for 30 minutes inside a bus while boarding. I would never ever recommend this flight to anyone.
