Cancelled flight 4 hours before boarding- had to pay 16k per ticket for return flight which was booked last minute as could not miss office meet of utmost importance andparents had to meet relatives only in India for one more day. Utterly disappointed and will tell everyone in family company distant family to never use Indigo again
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had with your airline. This has truly been the worst travel experience I have ever encountered.
I booked tickets for my family two months ago, ensuring that we could travel together comfortably. However, upon receiving our seat assignments, we were shocked to find that two of our seats were in the last row, and one seat was in the middle of the plane, despite traveling with an infant and a 7-year-old child. How do you expect one parent to handle an infant alone?
To add to the frustration, during web check-in, I was not allowed to select seats closer to my family. It feels like Indigo is just interested in making an extra buck by putting families through such distressing situations.
I am utterly disappointed with the way you treat your customers. I assure you, I will never book with Indigo Airlines for any future family travel.

The trip was an absolute disaster. The leg space was cramped, making it uncomfortable throughout. Hygiene protocols were completely disregarded, with dirty surfaces everywhere. The washroom was unmaintained and unsanitary, and to top it off, the customer service was extremely poor, offering no help or concern for passengers’ well-being. It was a deeply frustrating experience overall.

Horrible experience - Our train to Kochi got late and we reached at the airport at 01:00am for a domestic flight from Kochi to Pune at 01:50am. We traveled 4hrs by train which got late due to heavy rains. But, we were denied to checkin our bags stating checking closes before 90min. We requested so much to them to checking our two bags but the male and female were leasr bothered and not empathetic at all. And then we were sent to Indigo counter to book another flight, we were told to pay 2k for next flight but we can only confirm last min if seats are available otherwise wait for next flight.
Now am sitting at the airport booked a connecting flight from Kochi > Hyderabad > Pune and paid 22530/- .
I won't recommend this airline but people don't have a choice as it's the only direct flight at late midnight.
I won't recommend this airline to anyone.
