This review is for booking from site. For no reason Site didnt allow me to login. I had a chat withthe Agent and they had no idea whats going and just said it may be due to Glitch ! Laughable !

Was late by over an hour. Apparently a daily feature. We were told the same by their own staff at time of check in. And she was proved right
Terrible Airline, if any other option available do not take this flight. Single passenger not allowed to checkin after reaching the counter 60 mints before the flight. One special rule which they have 75 mints before checkin. Even after online checked in they did not help after reaching the counter.
Maldives airport is not a big airport and it takes 10 mints to reach the gate. Due to the queue at the entrance passenger reached counter before 60 mints and counter staff did not help or effort to checkin. More to come from inflight…
Worst experience. No assistance while transfer to T2.
Furthermore handling of baggage is not good. Mine baggage is damaged.
Now I will recommend to my friends and family.
Great service with friendly crew which was safe enough to fly to our destination.......it was a transit journey, and they helped us really well......
