Terrible Airline, if any other option available do not take this flight. Single passenger not allowed to checkin after reaching the counter 60 mints before the flight. One special rule which they have 75 mints before checkin. Even after online checked in they did not help after reaching the counter.
Maldives airport is not a big airport and it takes 10 mints to reach the gate. Due to the queue at the entrance passenger reached counter before 60 mints and counter staff did not help or effort to checkin. More to come from inflight…

Worst experience. No assistance while transfer to T2.
Furthermore handling of baggage is not good. Mine baggage is damaged.
Now I will recommend to my friends and family.

Great service with friendly crew which was safe enough to fly to our destination.......it was a transit journey, and they helped us really well......

My flight from Paris to Instanbul was handled by Turkish Airways, and it was good, but the flight from Istanbul to Mumbai which was an Indigo flight was the worst experience I ever had, one word to express the feeling is CHEAP, flight attended acted like its an charity flight and they were doing an favour on pessengers ! , even a blanket was chargeable and no service experience what so ever, will never recommend Indigo flight to any one, my suggestion to Indigo - stick to domestic business, you do not have what it takes to handle International travel, !

Worst customer experience ever.
I paid for my seats, and while boarding pass generation, they changed my seats and that too without information. On top of it the staff present was rude and inconsiderate, not even trying to listen to issue let alone the addressing of it
