3rd class flight… & the ground staff was so Irritating & disgusting.. they don’t even want to listen & … & flight is always delayed … overall I doge is 3rd class flight
Lady at baggage drop asked for original aadhar. I tried to explain her, print is same as original as per aadhar website. Just dismissive and stuck to her narration. Luckily i had alternate id
with me. Bombay terminal 1 is silent zone and no announcements are made. The staff kept zone 3 boarding displayed and board zone 1. There was no intelligent announcement and staff was very rude. Even after pointing out zone 3 board staff was indifferent. I usually dont fly indigo because of rude staff, it just got reinforced by today’s experience. Once i boarded, i had a small bag which i requested airhostess to place it in opposite overhead bin. She refused at first. I had to sharpen my tone to insist and get it done.

Unfortunatelly for us we have only one flight from Chandigarh to DXB
The worst pathetic airlines filled with filthiest staff. We reached airport at 2.45 and we got stuck in security check line and never allowed us to enter the flight telling we were late and they couldn’t open the door again( as if; if they open flight is gonna explode! Duh) after lots of arguing they said they will reschedule the flight for us for 2500 per head . The manager was super rude and disrespectful he asked us to learn the aviation rules and travel and also he asked to know the difference between checking baggage and luggage and then travel. Entire passengers has learned about aviation and is traveling or what?? After one hour of argument we decided we will pay 12500 for 5 passengers and go as we had to reach Mumbai . When we went to pay they said 2500 ticket is not confirmed you gotta pay 80000! What logic is that you hike from 2500 to 80k? The ticketing staff even questioned whether we could afford to pay, who is she to judge anyone whether someone could pay it or not is it the staff duty to check our status? None of the staffs were good , all were rude disrespectful and talking rubbish and lies they were not sticking to what they were saying and they were keeping on changing it and arguing.
First pic is the manager who asked us to learn aviation rules before travelling second pic is the staff who questioned if we could pay . Boycott such people and such airline there were many customers lined up in indigo counter with our similar experience.
