with me. Bombay terminal 1 is silent zone and no announcements are made. The staff kept zone 3 boarding displayed and board zone 1. There was no intelligent announcement and staff was very rude. Even after pointing out zone 3 board staff was indifferent. I usually dont fly indigo because of rude staff, it just got reinforced by today’s experience. Once i boarded, i had a small bag which i requested airhostess to place it in opposite overhead bin. She refused at first. I had to sharpen my tone to insist and get it done.
