The worst pathetic airlines filled with filthiest staff. We reached airport at 2.45 and we got stuck in security check line and never allowed us to enter the flight telling we were late and they couldn’t open the door again( as if; if they open flight is gonna explode! Duh) after lots of arguing they said they will reschedule the flight for us for 2500 per head . The manager was super rude and disrespectful he asked us to learn the aviation rules and travel and also he asked to know the difference between checking baggage and luggage and then travel. Entire passengers has learned about aviation and is traveling or what?? After one hour of argument we decided we will pay 12500 for 5 passengers and go as we had to reach Mumbai . When we went to pay they said 2500 ticket is not confirmed you gotta pay 80000! What logic is that you hike from 2500 to 80k? The ticketing staff even questioned whether we could afford to pay, who is she to judge anyone whether someone could pay it or not is it the staff duty to check our status? None of the staffs were good , all were rude disrespectful and talking rubbish and lies they were not sticking to what they were saying and they were keeping on changing it and arguing.
First pic is the manager who asked us to learn aviation rules before travelling second pic is the staff who questioned if we could pay . Boycott such people and such airline there were many customers lined up in indigo counter with our similar experience.

Ms. Sweety at the Check-in counter was very helpful and she made sure our trip remains hassle-free. She suggested how we can adjust our extra luggage to avoid incurring unnecessary charges for the same and made our return journey to India possible without leaving behind any of those vacation goodies. Grateful to her and truly appreciate her sweet attitude.

I flew from Phuket to Mumbai on 30 September. At Phuket International airport, My baggage was 2 bags of 40 kg in total. They told me they only allow 20kgs and for the extra 20 kgs I had to pay 600 baht per kg which would total 12000 thai baht. When I tried to reason with them they told me to stand aside so that they can help othe customers. This is the worst airline ever, in my experience and they were so rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend it for anyone. It's disgusting.

If you're considering Indigo for international travel, be aware that there was no proper in-flight entertainment system. All we had was a simple flight map—nothing more. To make things worse, there were no business class seats, which is not what you'd expect on an international flight. The whole experience felt like a domestic, low-cost flight rather than a long-haul international one.

For anyone planning to fly internationally, especially for long journeys, I strongly recommend avoiding Indigo. My experience from Turkey to Delhi was far from what an international flight should be, and I hope this review helps others make a better choice.

Do not go for Indigo airlines

had to travel to goa from pune on 3 oct 2024. Our boarding time was 4.30 and we reached at sharp time.
We got a call from staff and we informed that we already reached so they told us move to checkin counter.
We did bags scanning and then at checkin counter and after that a counter staff behaved very rudely and denied our flight travel even when the flight was delayed.
As i said i was with my pregnant wife and she had to run for 5 minutes and then you denied our trip and with such rude response. I requested a lot to checkin counter staff but responded very badly like i was begging to him.
its very inappropriate behaviour that indigo ask pregnant lady to run and then deny to fly saying you are late and we can do anything.
For any issues to my wife’s health, indigo staff is responsible and i need to raise further complaints as well.
Indigo does not have any rights to play with pregnant women’s health
