Indigo is a complete disaster! This has been my worst experience, and I swear it will be my last. My flight was delayed for 24 hours, and I didn’t receive my refund right away. I was left in shock and had to extend my leave because I had no money to book another flight until the refund came through. To make matters worse, the airport insisted on a self check-in system that wasn’t working, causing countless people to miss their flights, and I was nearly one of them. Thankfully, a kind woman spoke up, saying, "I've missed my flight because of your terrible self-service check-in that doesn't work; please check in her bags so she doesn't miss her flight, too." That’s when the representative finally tagged my bag and pushed it through, even though the self-service system had completely failed. I was not trained to deal with that nonsense! I almost missed my flight, and I didn't have any paid leave left, so I was stuck on unplanned unpaid leave because of this ridiculous Indigo flight. And when we finally boarded, for reasons unknown, we were delayed an additional 45 minutes on the tarmac, even though everyone was already on the plane!

The staff ( 1 Air hostess ) name I don't know was very very rude & didn't coperate with us even we are with a lil baby girl. I ask him about the food 2 time ( for which I was paying money) but she doesn't response properly & ignored me it looks that I was flying with out any payment or something else she was thinking. Very very 3rd class experience with indigo this time. 😔😡😡😡

Firstly, I was denied access to my flight from AUH to Chennai due to not having a visa even though I was only getting a connecting flight with air Arabia. So I had to book an emergency flight from AUH with indigo. I made the booking and my payment was taken however I did not receive my flights, boarding pass or email, and it had not been registered on their system. Just the money was taken, I still haven’t gotten a refund and then had to book a flight again. When I landed in Chennai I was made to wait in a tiny corner of the air port for 7 hours with out being let through to the departure Lounge with no wifi, food or drink!

Flight delay, baggage collection very delayed.
Staff absolutely not kind not a single cabin crew with a smile.
As if a customer is not welcomed on the plane.

Worst airlines.

It's not upto internet standards. Just feels like you are in Mumbai local. No entertainment. No proper foods. Air hostess needs be trained how to talk with customers. They are real night mare. If this continues airlines planes of expansion will ground soon
