Indigo is a complete disaster! This has been my worst experience, and I swear it will be my last. My flight was delayed for 24 hours, and I didn’t receive my refund right away. I was left in shock and had to extend my leave because I had no money to book another flight until the refund came through. To make matters worse, the airport insisted on a self check-in system that wasn’t working, causing countless people to miss their flights, and I was nearly one of them. Thankfully, a kind woman spoke up, saying, "I've missed my flight because of your terrible self-service check-in that doesn't work; please check in her bags so she doesn't miss her flight, too." That’s when the representative finally tagged my bag and pushed it through, even though the self-service system had completely failed. I was not trained to deal with that nonsense! I almost missed my flight, and I didn't have any paid leave left, so I was stuck on unplanned unpaid leave because of this ridiculous Indigo flight. And when we finally boarded, for reasons unknown, we were delayed an additional 45 minutes on the tarmac, even though everyone was already on the plane!
