In tech world, it is said if you are not paying for the product - you are the product.
In indigo it has started to feel the same.
I think customer comes last. It’s profit, employees and then customers.
Things have become so standardised that you are the assembly line.
I’ll put a few cases
1. This is probably the fifth time that I have seen that seat belts lights are on and the crew is happily selling stuff. So seat belt sign is on because the crew can move easily, if the guest wants to use the toilet - control yourself
2. The beverage story I think everyone knows - if someone just needs a beverage - nope not happening. Have to buy a meal
3. Don’t know what the rules are but kids wanted sandwiches. And this was ordered after the meal service was over. Since they felt like eating later I asked if they could be served. Meal service was over. Sandwiches were sitting in the tray but they refused. Yes they were given other stuff
These are some instances
their time options and reach is good so till such time any other airline reaches there, I’ll stick with it.
But god knows, if I get any other option I’ll not fly indigo
Worst international flight ever experienced. Never expected such uncomfortable seats and low quality food on an international flight. Serving poha for 5-6 hours flight wasn’t a good idea. No a/c quilt for babies were available. Such small plans for international trip flighing on low levels is worse . Risking passengers lives just to save ur fuel is pathetic.
Got a fire on board and flight was 36000 feet. For 20 min they where trying to stop the fire without descending the flight. Due to fire stop the seat lights and fly until Istanbul with low AC . Not sure how risk it was. But i think its a technical fault in the fiight.
Very uncomfortable seats. Leg space was very less. No video for a 7 hr flight. Food was not good. No drinks through out the flight.
Very cheap service third class service
My fight was from Delhi, these people do not put terminal on the ticket, first they delayed the flight and on top of that they are charging extra, this is very bad service
