“Awful Customer Service Experience”

I've flying with IndiGo for 12 years with my family but now but the airline has permanently lost their loyal customer due to awful ground check-in staff poker face and using ridiculous hand gestures instead words from her mouth. With my honestly, I promptly told that my baggage is overweight and readily paid the extra charges on the spot before the staff had the chance to pinpoint it or weighting it. And politely asked her for a window seat at the starting but she bluntly said that the flight is full and didn't tell that I was given emergency area seats which was completely surrounded by men (I WAS IMMPRESSED ABOUT THE ARTICLE ON THE FEMALE ARE ALLOWED TO CHOOSE SEATS BUT IT WASN'T IMPLEMENTED) However, my integrity wasn't valued at all for being honest, instead she told to weight my hand carry bag (that follows the airline protocol of bag size) along with my backpack (which is my purse with electronic essential such as laptop/ipad/camera/powerbank) to be within 3 kgs! And told to pay more and refused to give my boarding pass and fight was about to leave in less than an hour time! Knowing very well the immigration for foreign national with security checking take times and this airline boarding gate is extremely far towards to the end of the airport at gate no. 20. Meanwhile, the check-in opens 2 hours before flight and its for all their other destinations and not specifically for Bangkok. She irritably told to reduce my hand carry and then only give the boarding pass and while the time was running out and I was flying solo so knowing Indian's airport don't allow relatives inside, I had to request the police security checking to please my stuff to someone waiting outside for me. Thankfully they allowed. But once back to check-in to pick my boarding pass, the queue was so long that I told the staff but he again started triple checking my passport. Once I reached, she completely ignored me as if I was not there and again refused to give and use hand signaling gestures to reweight my bags, including a very small paper bag with my food (TO BE EATEN BEFORE THE FLIGHT) which led to unnecessary argument of me insisting that these where what I brought from hometown and wasn't a problem there. Finally she smash my boarding pass on the counter and I quickly sweatily ran to the immigration super worried if I might miss my flight. To my surprise, I noticed during check-in, she didn't weigh other passenger hand carry regardless their were bigger & likely heavier. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK ALL PASSENGERS AND DON'T TRY TO ROB FOR AMOUNT WHICH IS EQUALIENT TO FLIGHT TICKETS!!! YEAR BY YEAR YOUR SERVICE LEVEL IS REDUCING EVEN DURING FLYING...*Note: I've been working in customer service my whole live and with the world's best airline so I do very well know how to TREAT THE CUSTOMER IN THE RIGHT MANNER! ****Please to train your customer-facing staff to listen to their query rather than imposing their personal anger onto someone else****

Worst Flight ever worst people who is not professional and don’t know how to talk go for Vistara or air india do not ever chose this indigo worst flight in the whole world
This happened twice one time they left our baggages in other country while they arrived 2 days later then they have no regrets no compensation and all leave it, I suggest that never choose this airline ever

Good airline.
Got their things together.

Plane was on time.
Cabin crew friendly.
Toilets were clean.
Would use them again

Such a worst travel experience. I will never choose this flight again.My flight got delayed and had travel for 20 hours,struggled a lot with luggages

My travel experience was very.As I had neck pain airhostess Anitha and Siriya immediately arranged for first aid.Thanks for the courtesies and immediate support given by both of them and also their excellent service.Keep up the good work
