No Tv in the flight and no proper food. I mean you just get a sandwich which is not worthy NO PROPER DINNER SERVED. Kids will get very bored. Look carefully before booking. Pay for any drinks.

Uncomfortable seats, no screens, cold food, bad service. I cant imagine how someone like Qatar airlines which boasts to be a 7 star airliner can tie up with indigo. They are too substandard to be an international airline. I didn't pay any less to purchase my ticket when compared to other airlines.
Never going to choose Qatar as long as they put me in Indigo flights.
To put it simple, Indigo is worse than spirit airlines in US. Atleast spirit airlines offer cheaper ticket prices.
This is to state that indigo airlines is the worst airline in the world they cancel flights without notice not bothering about passenger feelings there staff do not bother show no respect to the passengers they act in a very direspectul manner i would advice all fellow passengers please do not book on indigo airlines as other options are available
Indigo is good. The only downside is the in-flight entertainment. You don't even get in flight entertainment when you travel from Turkey to India.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer care service and the handling of my mother’s baggage situation following her flight from Dubai to Mangalore on 1st September 2024 (Flight Number: 6E 1468, Booking Reference: QRRI3F).
Upon her arrival at Mangalore airport, my mother, Clotilda Noronha, was informed that her baggage, along with around 50 other bags, had been offloaded due to space issues on the aircraft. This baggage contained food and frozen items worth more than AED 250, which are now at risk of being spoiled due to the delay.
I have contacted customer care multiple times, and it has been over 48 hours since our initial complaint. Despite this, no one has been able to provide us with any information about the whereabouts of the baggage. I also sent an email to customer care, but there has been no response even after 48 hours. When I called customer care again, I was told they couldn’t help because they were unable to track the baggage. Additionally, they refused to discuss compensation for the delayed baggage.
One of the customer care executives promised to arrange a call back, but I have yet to receive any communication. This lack of support is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the fact that my mother is 67 years old and is unable to frequently travel back and forth to the airport, which is far from our home.
Indigo customer care also told us that according to their policy they cannot help me with compensation
