First of all this is a Premium Economy review (not Economy) but this choice not listed in Class of Service.
I was very excited to be flying Premium Economy and Finnish Air was the first leg of my flight to Sydney.
This leg of my journey was very, disappointing. There was no priority boarding, no welcome sparkling drink, one meal served in soggy cardboard box (soggy tasteless food), snacks had to be paid for, poor service overall and even a chipped toilet. The next part of my flight to Sydney was with Cathay Pacific which was an excellent 10/10 and really contrasted with my Finnish air experience - priority boarding, a glass of bubbles, amazing full meals and great service!!!
My Premium Economy flights was no better than the Finnish Air basic, no frills flights which I have travelled on.

We had the worst flying experience ever. And we have been flying a lot for 20 years. We will never take this company again.
The morning we were supposed to fly back home from the USA we got a text message that our flight was cancelled. The alternative offered was a 28 hours itinerary back for 3 members of our family. Only our 11 year old son was offered a 20 hours itinerary. So he would have to cross the ocean alone and arrive a day earlier than us. We did not agree to being split and him arriving a day earlier. The option then was to fly 2 days later and arrive 3 days later then booked.
Now we have problems getting money back for hotels, food, calls, taxi's, etc. Next to all the trouble we had in the USA with waiting times of over an hour to reach FinnAir customer service, checking in and out of the hotel, hanging around at the airport for hours, asking extra days off from work, they now fool us with not paying what they should according to EU (EG) nr. 261/2004.
Do not fly with this company. It has the worst service ever experienced. It is a fraud. I can not make it better than that.

Asking criminal price 500$ for carry my 1kg professional snooker cue.
They say oversized (just 2 cm)...

Need to call a friend to come airport for take my snooker cue... and send it to my home with thailand post (price 80 $)...

No way to negociate with them... 500$ pay or leave your snooker cue at airport...

Worst company ever

Low cost airline service for a huge cost. They charge you for everything, e.g. seat selection & change, which for these ticket prices I would expect to be complimentary. Even Ryanair has better policy and service-cost ratio at this point. Never again.

15 hours flight. Only one meal service. And if you want some snacks and tea, only for purchase. Such booms. Finnair learn from finnish hotels, they are great, you are dissapointment
