On boarding, I was thrilled to arrive at my seat , it looked so comfortable and inviting - especially knowing this was a 13-hour flight. Lighting was mellow creating relaxing atmosphere. Seat design was very comfortable, and there was plenty of nooks and storage compartments for everything I needed, and more. Two blankets provided extra comfort.
Such a delicious menu - loved all the food on offer, and it was served in a friendly and efficient manner by staff (especially Kai :)

Enjoyed my short Finnair flight. Really good service, and what a bonus view of the setting sun - this was nearly midnight!

My flight was at 7:40 am from New Delhi to Helsinki. I hadn’t slept well the night before so after boarding the flight, I slept just after the take off. After I woke up, I asked the crew to provide me the meal as I slept and didn’t eat. They straight away said that they don’t have the food, even though I have requested the veg meal before the flight. I had to eat cookies with the tea. Better to travel in economy class if they can’t serve.

It was nice experience again flying Finnair. Service was helpful and great. There was nice legroom and the flight was very simple, but nice! I would recommend this for everyone.

I would never recommend Finnair to anyone. Their customer service and support through the phone could have been better. The price is so high, and the service is terrible. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Finnair, which I would only recommend to some. Their customer service over the phone was absolutely horrible, with long wait times, unhelpful and unfriendly staff, and a complete failure to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, the prices are unjustifiably high, not aligning with the services' value.
